Combine frozen bananas + all other ingredients into a high-speed blender or food processor. Blend/pulse until smooth. 3) Transfer to bowl(s) and add toppings of choice. Peach Mango Smoothie Ingredients • 2 frozen bananas • 1/2 cup frozen mango • 1/3 cup frozen peaches • 1/2 passionfruit • 1/2 tbsp lemon juice • 1 tsp hemp seeds • 1/4 cup coconut milk Instructions 1) Peel ripe bananas (should be yellow with some small brown specks) and store in the freezer within an airtight container or ziploc bag. 2) The next day, chop the frozen bananas. Combine frozen bananas + all other ingredients into a high-speed blender or food processor. Blend/pulse until smooth. 3) Transfer to bowl(s) and add toppings of choice. Sweet Green Smoothie Ingredients • 2 frozen bananas • 3/4 cup frozen pineapple • 2-3 cups spinach • 1 tsp hemp seeds • 1-2 tsp lime juice • 1/2 tsp greens powder • 1/3 cup almond milk Instructions 1) Peel ripe bananas (should be yellow with some small brown specks) and store in the freezer within an airtight container or ziploc bag. 2) The next day, chop the frozen bananas.
